WILL IT PROTECT MY CAR FROM SCRATCHES?
Yes, after Ceramic Pro coating cures, it becomes three times harder than paint. The coating is much more resistant to scratching. It is a glass coating, and while glass can still be scratched and chipped, it is much more resistant than your clearcoat.

WHAT IS THE APPLICATION PROCESS, AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
The process of Ceramic Pro will take 1-5 days depending on the condition of your paint, the size of the vehicle, and the packages you select. The 1st step is to wash and prep the vehicle. The 2nd step is to correct all the imperfections in the paint, such as swirls and scratches. Once we prepare the car correctly, we will apply a body shop safe prep solvent to the entire vehicle to get to bare paint. At this stage, the coating process will begin, and each car panel will have Ceramic Pro applied, leveled, and stacked to achieve the package you selected.

MY CAR HAS SCRATCHES AND OTHER PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE. CAN CERAMIC COATING BE APPLIED TO THIS?

CAN CERAMIC COATING PROTECT MY VINYL/WRAP?
Yes, it will protect your vinyl from accidental spills, stains, oil/grime, and UV rays. It is entirely flexible and will not crack or peel from your vinyl. As with all surfaces, it offers a self-cleaning effect allowing your vinyl to be easily cleaned. Say goodbye to countless vinyl cleaning agents.

Can this product be applied to my windshield?
Yes, the complete line of these products is entirely versatile. Ceramic Pro Rain is a product applied to glass to act as a water repellent.

Will Ceramic Coating prevent water spots?
No, it will not prevent water spots, but it will allow those pesky watersports to be easily removed without damaging the surface. Because IT creates a protective layer over the substrate, it does not allow the minerals to corrode or etch the feeling it is protecting, prolonging the life of your metals, paints, gelcoat, plastics, vinyl, etc. It is a silica-based/glass product, and the glass on your windshield can still get water spots, but it is much more resistant to water spots than your clearcoat.

Will Ceramic Coating protect chrome/polished finishes?
Yes, IT does an excellent job protecting your chrome/polished finishes from corrosion, oxidation, and discoloration. ITS self-cleaning effect also makes maintenance a breeze. No need to continuously polish your chrome/polished finishes to keep their original luster shield. No need for abrasive washes or any waxes/sealants.

Will ceramic coatingprotect me from rock chips?
It is a Silica based product, meaning it is a “glass” coating. It adds some rock chip resistance but can still get rock chips from larger stones and high speeds. The glass windshield on your vehicle will still get rock chips, just much less often than your clearcoat.

How long does Ceramic Coating last?
Its Gold Package has a Lifetime warranty and is verified through Carfax. That’s longer than any wax or sealant on the market!

Can Ceramic Coating be removed from my vehicle easily?
No, it cannot be washed away like a wax or sealant, giving it long-lasting results. You must use abrasion (wet sand/compound/polish) to remove it.

What do I use to maintain my Ceramic Coating?
That’s the great thing about these Products. Water and a mild or dish soap will do the trick—goodbye harsh chemicals, clay bars, etc. Even glass cleaner or a No Rinse lubricant/wash will work to quickly and easily maintain your coating.

Do I still need to wax my vehicle after Ceramic Coating has been applied?
No, these Products are the permanent replacement for wax and sealants. You can throw those products in the trash!

Does this product require annual servicing?
Yes. To maintain your warranty, you must attend an annual service. This is to ensure that it performs appropriately for the entire warranty length. If a yearly inspection is missed, the warranty defaults to the lesser package at the time of the missed annual inspection. i.e., A Gold (Lifetime) warranty becomes a Silver (5-year) warranty when a yearly service is missed.

I just had my vehicle coated with Ceramic Coating, how long till I can wash it?
You should wait 10-14 days before the 1st wash to allow the solvents to outgas and the coating to fully cure. If you notice that your car gets water spots, bird droppings, tree sap etc. during these two weeks immediately remove it following our care instructions. Keep in mind the coating is softer so work on the paint very gently.
